Blow people away with one of the easiest and most effective make-up effects thanks to Graftobian F/X Gelatin. Just “heat and serve” by warming the bottle in a cup of hot water or double boiler (Please do NOT microwave). Once liquid, apply the gelatin with a spatula, brush, or fingers. As the gelatin cools it will harden to a firm but flexible prosthetic that will stay in place without needing further adhesive. Three colours are available that can be combined and mixed and matched for incredibly realistic burns, scars, and other effects. Powder, make-up, and fake blood can be applied over cooled gelatin.
Graftobian F/X Gelatin can also be heated and poured into molds to create pre-made prosthetics.
TO USE:
DO NOT MICROWAVE. Place bottle(s) in a hot water bath until the F/X Gelatin™ is fluid. Test temperature on the wrist to make sure it's not too hot. Apply color to desired area and shape, swirl and mix until it has cooled. Once it has cooled, it will stay in place but remain flexible. Powder to remove shine and add blood products for extra appeal. Peel off to remove.
For casting prosthetics: Cut open the gelatin container, slice gelatin into cylindrical disks and place into a double boiler. Do not exceed 150 degrees F. Pour gelatin into a mold. Use a flat plastic scraper to scrape away excess gelatin. Apply a fine grade of talcum powder like HD LuxeCashmere™ Setting Powder to the surface of the gelatin to prevent the piece from sticking to itself or your fingers. Slowly work a brush loaded with powder under an edge of the piece. Once the piece is fully released, it is ready to use.
