Returns

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns on any purchase.

Defective products will be refunded, or replaced at the expense of Daley Kreations.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Interac debit for online orders.

Payment can be made by cash, credit card, paypal, Interac debit, and Interac e-transfer for pickup orders.

Credit Cards may be processed through Square or PayPal, depending on the preference of the customer. Interac debit will be processed through Square exclusively.

Shipping

Daley Kreations will only ship via Canada Post requiring a method that uses tracking.

Customers from outside of Canada will be responsible for any duty, taxes, or brokerage fees as the result of shipping their order.

In the uneventful occurrence that an incorrect product was shipped, the correct item will be sent at the expense of Daley Kreations. A pre-paid return shipping label will also be sent in order to return the incorrect item.
